Account data: Name, email address, and password when you register.
Profile and uploaded content: Property photos, selfies, and any other images or text you upload to the Service. These are used solely to generate content on your behalf.
Payment data: Billing information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and device/browser information. This helps us improve the Service.
Communications: Emails or messages you send to our support team.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Generate AI-powered listing images, headshots, and social media content from your uploads.
- Process payments and send receipts.
- Send you product updates, tips, and occasional marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Analyse usage to improve the platform and fix bugs.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded photos to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

- Vercel — Hosting and edge delivery.
- Supabase — Database and authentication.
- Replicate / OpenAI — AI model inference for content generation. Uploaded images may be processed by these providers to generate your content and are subject to their data retention policies.
- Resend — Transactional and marketing email delivery.
All third-party providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Uploaded photos and generated content are retained for a reasonable period to allow you to access them, and may be deleted upon account closure.
