Terms of Service

By accessing or using SSELFIE Agents (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by SSELFIE Agents (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

SSELFIE Agents is an AI-powered content creation platform designed for real estate agents. The Service allows users to upload property photos and personal images, from which we generate listing images, headshots, social media posts, and related marketing content using artificial intelligence.

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, including increased listings, faster sales, or follower growth. Results vary by market, content quality, and agent activity.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@sselfie.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may not share your account, sell access, or use another person’s account without permission.

You retain ownership of any photos, images, or text you upload to the Service (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the rights to all User Content you upload.
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals depicted in your uploaded photos.
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable law.

Content generated by the Service (“AI Content”) is provided for your personal and professional use. You are responsible for reviewing AI Content before publishing or distributing it. We do not guarantee that AI Content is accurate, appropriate, or free from errors.

We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use AI Content generated from your uploads for lawful marketing and business purposes. You may not resell, sublicence, or distribute AI Content as a standalone product or service.

AI Content may not be used to mislead, deceive, or misrepresent properties, prices, or your identity to prospective buyers or sellers. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with real estate advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content depicting minors in any inappropriate context.
• Generate or distribute defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Create misleading property listings that violate consumer protection laws.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service or its underlying AI models.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service’s systems or data.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

Certain features of the Service require payment. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with notice. All purchases are processed securely via our payment provider (Stripe).

One-time purchases (Starter): Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate delivery of AI-generated content, one-time purchases are non-refundable once content has been generated.

Subscriptions (Suite): You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@sselfie.ai and we will review your case.

The SSELFIE Agents name, logo, website design, underlying software, and all original content created by us are owned by SSELFIE Agents and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, brand names, or proprietary materials without our written consent.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSELFIE Agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
